Refunds & Returns — Frenzy Comics Shop
Overview
Most physical products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Because many Frenzy products are handmade, custom, or digital, some items are not eligible for return or refund (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made products (custom statues, custom prints, personalized items)
- Digital products and downloads (PDFs, digital comics, files)
- Gift cards
- Any item marked as final sale
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos and a description of the issue.
- We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund when appropriate.
Returns (Eligible Items Only)
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We do not accept returns sent without prior approval.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email.
- Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
- Processing time varies depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final once access or download has been provided.
